More about Jenny Mendez Isenburg

Prior to her Real Estate Sales Career, Jenny (Mendez) Isenburg was a successful Project Manager/Field Manager and consultant for several multi-million dollar water conservation development projects for both governmental and private agencies in Boston, Massachusetts.  Her eighteen years of experience working with community leaders and constituents included planning and administering a $12M residential water conservation and public information project in 47 cities and towns for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.  Her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, and extended course work in Management and Human Resources from Northeastern University and Lesley University, Cambridge have all been instrumental to her successful career.

Jenny's strong interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service and a passion for helping people in local communities were a natural transition into a career in real estate.  Working for a family-owned brokerage, Jenny brought her management skills to streamline the company's office and financial management systems.  As a licensed real estate professional, she identified a needed market niche and specialized for 18 years assisting local landlords with buying/selling investment properties, securing and vetting tenants, and completing 30 to 40 rental agreements per year.  She provided target marketing and outreach methods in her local community for both residential and multi-family investment properties closing hundreds of transactions and millions of dollars' worth of sales.  Jenny's superior work ethic and commitment to delivering a seamless, positive experience for both buyers and sellers has resulted in numerous and long-lasting relationships.

Jenny's reputation for integrity, honesty, and fairness continues to be hallmarks of her real estate sales business here in her SW Florida.  Her skills in negotiation and strong customer service provides for an individualized real estate experience to meet her client's wants and needs, whether they are first-time homebuyers, multi-cultural buyers, empty nesters, relocation clients or investors.  Jenny's partnership with Coldwell Banker Realty, the largest International Brokerage Company in the Unites States, provides the marketing and industry resources to reach Buyers in 40 Countries and on 6 Continents.  Her local knowledge of the Sarasota/Bradenton area combined with her customer-oriented focus ensures Buyers are able to explore the many lifestyle and home options available in the SW Florida region.  Jenny's goal is to provide a seamless journey for the home selling or home buying process. Originally, from Puerto Rico and growing up on the Eastern Seaboard, Jenny has maintained her bilingual and bi-cultural connections through her church and extended international family.  Jenny and her husband Mark chose to call Sarasota their forever hometown enjoying the SW Florida lifestyle with their two pups, Izzy and Luna.  When Jenny isn't in the office or volunteering in her community, you will often find her on the sandy Gulf Coast beaches, exploring the area, or home entertaining and relaxing to a beautiful Sunset.  Her personal passion is helping animals and she actively supports the Blondie/Brownie Foundation, a rescue non-profit in Puerto Rico.  Jenny is fluent in Spanish and also a licensed Real Estate agent in Massachusetts.
